Our smoked chicken is what put Mt Warning on the map. Whole breasts are brined, then slow-smoked over hardwood until tender and juicy - eight signature flavours, each one developed in-house over the years. Beautiful sliced cold on a board, warmed through in a salad, or piled into a sandwich.
