Made in-house from our own recipes - properly seasoned, properly filled, the kind of snag that holds its shape on the grill. All our sausages are blanched for longer shelf life, so they keep beautifully in the fridge until you're ready. Five varieties in regular rotation, from a sweet honey chicken to a traditional pork & shallot.
